The links I am posting are for adult only sites/entertainment or what ever you would call it.

Now that the preliminaries are done with...on with the show. :)

So I have recently discovered that I really like erotica podcasts. I have always known that I am interested in erotic literature but I thought that hearing it out loud would be too much like watching porn. Au contrare, it is NOTHING like watching porn. Well maybe not nothing like. *snicker* But it is not nearly as squitchy as I thought it would be. Especially when it is erotica performed by the sultry voiced siren Philippa Ballantine. I would recommend any of her podcasts as they are all amazingly well written and voiced but for the purposes of this post I want to steer you all to Erotica a la Carte. This podcast has fantastic writing by a number of different authors and is beautifully voiced both by Ms. Ballantine as well as a number of different talents from all around the podcasting universe. I am also just getting into Nobilis Erotica, but I will admit that I haven't listened to enough of the episodes to feel comfortable with posting a review yet.

The only problem with these podcasts so far has nothing to do with the podcasts themselves but with the stiff necks at iTunes. You need to subscribe via the websites on these as they do not show up in the iTunes directory.

That's all for today. I hope you all find these podcasts as...inspiring...as I have.

Toodles

Inspirational Sentence

When I was in high school I had this really brilliant teacher who (being spoiled by teaching college students) absolutely refused to demean herself (and rightly so) by giving "words" to miscreants. Well, eventually (since corporal punishment is impractical at that age) she gave in, but not entirely. She decided that if she was going to give "words" then she would try to use this as an opportunity to share wisdom with her students (her nefarious plan all along). Thus the daily inspirational sentence which we would begin every class by dissecting so she could be better assured that it would indeed be inspirational if she had to hand down the aforementioned punishment. In that tradition and in light of all of the "sharing" I see daily when trolling the net I give you this inspirational sentence, though I can't remember who to attribute it to as that class and this sentence transpired in my other life.

and the verb bellan, still retained in this dialect. On the first appearance of the culprit, the villagers rise en masse and greet him with a terrible din of tin cans, kettles, &c. and amidst the hooting and vociferation of the multitude, he is generally compelled to seek shelter by flight. This is called lowbelling, and the actors are termed lowbells, or lowbellers, forming a tolerable explanation of lowbell in Beaumont and Fletcher's Woman's Prize,
